Ms. Waller also serves clients in building talent and risk management strategies for Fortune 500 companies with an industry focus that includes; life sciences , tech, financial institutions, construction, manufacturing, retail entities and sports organizations across North America. Kim is one of the leaders in Korn Ferry’s solutions for accelerating the advancement of talent, including the most senior levels, through both 1:1 and group coaching and development. Kim helps senior level leaders develop across many industries including major sports and affiliated brands. Her work includes helping to identify and address obstacles, especially diversity-related ones, which are often overlooked.
