Katie is Head of State and Local Policy in the western U.S. at Nuro, working closely with state and local elected leaders, agencies and community organizations in support of electric, autonomous goods movement. Previous to Nuro, Katie led global policy for micromobility company, Lime, and, prior to that, state and local government relations for eBay Inc. in the west. Katie has worked at all levels of government having led policy development - largely around transportation, renewable energy and innovation - on Capitol Hill for Congressmen Cal Dooley and Brian Baird, for the Governor's California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley, and her hometown City of Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin.
