Jonathan Carling is Chief Executive Officer of Tokamak Energy Ltd, a privately funded company accelerating the development of fusion energy. The company is developing compact, high magnetic field tokamaks and has world-leading expertise in fusion, spherical tokamaks, and high-field superconducting magnets. Mr. Carling previously held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Civil Large Engines at Rolls-Royce, Chief Operating Officer at Aston Martin Lagonda, Chief Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, and Non-Executive Director at Aga Rangemaster plc. He has extensive experience in delivering complex research and development (R&D) and operations projects in the automotive and aerospace industries.
