SKK Migas

Chairman

Dwi Soetjipto was appointed as Head of SKK Migas on 3 December 2018. Previously he was assigned to several State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as Top Management. He has had a long career in the cement industry since 1981 and won the trust of Director of R&D of PT Semen Padang (1995-2003) and President Director of PT Semen Padang (2003-2005). He then received an assignment as President Director of PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk (2005-2013). He brought SOE Cement to go international with the acquisition of Thang Long Cement Company in Vietnam in 2012. He was then assigned as President Director of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2013-2014), then he was assigned as President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) (2014-2017). The man who was born in 1955 completed his undergraduate education at the Chemical Engineering Department of the Ten November Institute of Technology (ITS), followed by a master's program at Andalas University and a doctoral program at the University of Indonesia. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Airlangga, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology and Deputy Chairperson of the Advisory Board of Padang State University.
