Permian GHG Program Manager
Cody Hays is the ExxonMobil Permian Basin Greenhouse Gas Program Manager and works at the forefront of the company’s efforts to operationalize its Permian Net Zero (Scope 1 and Scope 2) 2030 plan. In this role he leads the scoping, opportunity evaluation and execution of the Unconventional business unit’s Net Zero program across a region responsible for almost half of ExxonMobil’s net U.S. production in 2022. A native of Ohio and a graduate of Purdue University, Cody joined ExxonMobil in 2009 upon graduating with a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University. His career to date has spanned numerous upstream technical and management roles in both Houston and Midland, Texas.
