A founding member of the Sustainability & ESG Center of Expertise, Cheryl has a passion for sustainability. She partners with clients across markets to understand their technical and leadership needs leveraging the integrated enterprise-wide ESG service offering to devise tailor-made solutions for her clients. She specializes in CSO, CD&IO and CPO talent acquisition. Combining her industry and executive search experience, Cheryl has been able to present a unique perspective to help her clients more effectively navigate their way to achieving Sustainability transformation through inclusive leadership assessment and development. An advocate of the power of inclusive leadership her executive coaching focuses on building trust, integrating diverse perspectives, optimizing talent and applying an adaptive mindset to enable her them to take bold steps as authentic leaders. A global citizen, Cheryl is an active member of our global practices in Energy, Industrial and Sports.
Bringing over 20 years of blended professional experience, Cheryl began her career in global procurement working and living in London and Paris before moving to New York. Her natural bias towards collaboration meant that she was regularly seconded to recruit, build and develop globally distributed, diverse teams; leading the definition through to execution of value enhancing procurement & supply chain strategies across all spend management categories for the enterprises at which she worked. Previously she established and led the procurement & supply chain practice for a boutique, diversity focused firm, where for over ten years she successfully placed global executives in C-Suite roles. Cheryl holds a Master of Arts degree in financial economics from The University of Dundee, Scotland, and is on the Nominating Committee of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS).
