Ali Al Rawahi is the Vice President, Research & Development (Upstream), Group Technology at ADNOC. In this capacity, he leads and manages the development of Corporate Technology with a high performing research & development team chartered to deliver solutions through relentless execution to assure business continuity and future-proofing ADNOC. Ali is a graduate of the 1st ADNOC Future Leaders cohort, the bespoke program for the company's brightest and best employees, who will ensure ADNOC builds on its legacy of success and continues to be an integral part of the country's economy and prosperity. Ali has 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector with a demonstrated track record of leadership in the execution of several ADNOC development projects and multidisciplinary subsurface technologies. He has held a variety of leadership roles within ADNOC Group, and his experience extends beyond the subsurface aspects to include leading projects in value optimization, Internal Auditing (IA), Petroleum Economy and Business Plan assurance.
