Alessandro Della Zoppa is the head of LNG Business Unit for Eni (Italy). Previously, he led all long-term gas supply negotiations for Eni’s European market from 2013 to 2015. From 2008 to 2012, he was seconded by Eni to Union Fenosa Gas (Spain), where he also served as Managing Director starting in 2009. During that time, Mr. Della Zoppa was also a Board Member in the companies owning the Damietta liquefaction plant in Egypt and the Qalhat LNG in Oman. Previously, Mr. Della Zoppa was responsible for Eni’s international gas pipelines, working in various roles for pipeline companies in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Tunisia.
