Benjamin Beberness, Global Vice President, oil and gas industry, SAP, has responsibility for assuring that SAP’s portfolio of solutions and services deliver the highest value for the industry. Joining SAP in spring 2017, Mr. Beberness is leading SAP’s solution strategy and global marketing for the oil and gas industry. Prior to SAP, he held the role of Chief Information Officer of Snohomish County Public Utility District where he was responsible for all information technology operations and cybersecurity. Prior to Snohomish, Mr. Beberness held the position of Director of Delivery Services for PacifiCorp in Portland, Oregon. He has extensive experience managing a broad range of technology, security, and compliance issues, including 20 years in large-scale management roles. Mr. Beberness’s background also includes work for Williams Gas Pipeline in Houston, Texas, and the Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group/DRT Systems. Mr. Beberness holds a BS from Portland State University.
