Chris Clason, Director of Strategic Alliances, Digital Asset, manages the company’s original equipment manufacturers (OEM) partners and co-leads the team responsible for integrating Digital Asset Modeling Language (DAML) with third-party distributed ledgers and traditional database platforms. Mr. Clason represented Digital Asset and served as the Chair of the Hyperledger Committee, an open source collaborative effort hosted by the Linux Foundation that was created to advance cross-industry blockchain technologies. Prior to Digital Asset, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Platform Engineering group at Mirantis, a company that worked extensively with open source in the OpenStack community, where he managed relationships with Intel and others. Mr. Clason has also held leadership and engineering roles at Facebook, Dell DCS, AuthenTec, and LSI Logic.
