Bruno Biasiotta is a CEO and Global Executive who has driven results, led transformations and delivered profitable growth.  Bruno has a strong reputation as someone very adept at formulating and executing strategy while achieving financial objectives through creating high performance leadership teams.  Currently, Bruno is CEO of Nortek where he is focused on creating value as part of the Melrose PLC holding group of companies.  In his tenure, Nortek Air Management has experienced improved operating earnings, generated sustainable cash flow and captured profitable growth. Prior to Nortek, Bruno was President and CEO for Philips Lighting Americas.  During his tenure, he was responsible for driving sustained profitable growth for Philips’ lighting portfolio of businesses in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Most of his career was with Johnson Controls where he spent 17 years and held various regional, national and global leadership roles across their Systems, Services and Solutions businesses. Bruno was born in Italy and immigrated to the United States and maintains a dual U.S. and Italian citizenship.  He holds degrees in business from Cleveland State University.  He sits on various professional and volunteer Boards and has been honored with numerous accolades and awards.
