As Chief Technology Officer at GE Power Digital, Laiq is responsible for leading digital transformation for enterprises and industrial sectors. Laiq leads technology strategy and innovation, digital product architecture and engineering, data science and advance analytics for GE’s Digital Energy Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) software products. GE software manages more than 40% of all global electricity based on AI, ML and other technology innovations. Prior to joining GE, Laiq was working at PG&E, one of the largest utilities in US serving 17 million customers, as their Head of Enterprise Architecture and Digital Innovations. Laiq earned his MBA from Bundelkhand University, MS from Boston University, ALM from Harvard University and Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering and Product Development from MIT.
