Madam Saifuah-Mai Gray serves as President/CEO of the National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL), and comes with extensive senior management experience and fine leadership qualities. She is an astute lawyer and a member of the Liberia National Bar Association, the Association of Females Lawyers of Liberia, and the JSGB legal Services. She is a skilled contract negotiator both in the natural resource environment and the traditional sector with experience in negotiation and litigation. She brings to NOCAL in-depth understanding and application of domestic and international regulatory requirements and legal framework coupled with international best practices to enhance transparency and accountability, competitiveness and sustainability. Previously at the International Law Group (IGL) where she served as Head of Litigation and subsequently as General Manager, she exemplified her outstanding leadership qualities and strategic direction, which contributed significantly to the overall success story of the institution. She is dependable and keen at delivering results.
