Senior Advisor

Deaver Alexander serves as the Senior Advisor on Energy at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. He advises the agency’s President and CEO on all energy related projects and strategies, and works directly with project finance and insurance teams advising on energy transactions. Prior to joining OPIC, Mr. Alexander was the Director of Finance and Corporate Strategy for Atlantic Resources Company (ARC), a private equity backed oil and gas exploration and production company focused on the Permian Basin. Prior to joining ARC, Mr. Alexander held various corporate finance roles at ARC’s predecessor company, Atlantic Exploration. Mr. Alexander holds a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
