Hege Dammen is currently working for the Aveva Group as a Director of Digital Acceleration Consulting. She brings more than 34 years of experience in a wide range of areas within the petroleum processing industry, project management and software technologies. Her main focus is Digital Acceleration of the Petroleum Value Chain, optimization and process integration within the Oil and Gas sector. Hege has a broad career starting with 16 years in Equinor as Planning Manager, Crude Oil Evaluation specialist and Technical Advisor for E&P - as well as several years of Commercial Crude Trading. The past 16 years Hege has focused on design and implementation of software solutions for the petroleum refining and trading industry. Hege holds a Master of Engineering Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, as well as Bachelor in International Finance.
