Jim Goldinger

James Goldinger is Managing Director of ClearSky Power and Technology Fund and ClearSky Security Fund. Prior to joining ClearSky in 2016, Mr. Goldinger co-founded two venture capital investment firms—Fairhaven Capital in 2007 and Toronto Dominion Capital Ventures in 2001. Previously, Mr. Goldinger was the Chief Technical Architect of the Content Bridge Division of Adero, a privately held internet caching company (division sold to Inktomi). He also held several senior technical roles at Motorola with the team that developed the world’s first two-way pager. Mr. Goldinger currently serves as a board member and chair of Volunteers of America of Massachusetts. He holds an SB and SM in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as well as an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
