Anna Galtsova, Research and Analysis Director in the Russian and Caspian Energy team, focuses on the analysis of broad trends and issues in the energy sector of Former Soviet Union (FSU) countries, especially in the gas industry, as well as project economics. Prior to joining S&P Global, she was an equity analyst at Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, covering the oil and gas sector in Central Asia and also worked at the Russian consulting company ERTA-consult, where she conducted in-depth analysis of the Russian gas market, including asset valuation, supply-demand forecast modeling, pricing outlooks, transportation issues, and market rules and regulation. Ms. Galtsova graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University, where she majored in world economy and international relationships. In 2010 she took qualification courses on financial analysis and portfolio management at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
