Nicolas De Keijser, Assembly and Test Business Line Manager, ABB Inc., joined the company in 2007, in Shanghai, as a Product Manager for the small robot portfolio. During this time he was responsible for creating the specifications of the IRB 120 and IRB 14000 (YuMi) robot and for developing solutions for multinational consumer electronics companies. In 2014, Mr. De Keijser became the Assembly and Test Business Line Manager in the United States. He is also responsible for the collaborative automation application center in the Americas, as well as overseeing the YuMi® collaborative robot line in the United States. His major responsibilities involve the development, engineering, and deployment of robotic assembly systems for a wide range of industries. Prior to joining ABB Robotics he worked for LMS international. Mr. De Keijser holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Antwerp.
