Carl Bayliss has spent the past 20 years working across global markets in the automotive industry, spending more than a decade away from UK, his experience has been gained working in both new, emerging & mature global environments, providing real-world challenges and unique opportunities. Delivering strategies and diverse projects that add value and have a human-centric experience for luxury brand and premium products. His recent experiences in the electrification of mobility and democratisation of renewable energy through home energy management has moved Carl into an industry shift to energy & services. Passionate about being in a position to lead change, Carl is looking to influence the reversal of climate change, overcoming the challenges of decarbonisation and the end to any kind of poverty.
