Shimon Elkabetz, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, ClimaCell, the world's leading weather intelligence engine. He co-founded the company after 11 years in the Israeli Air Force, where he served as a pilot and filled several commanding and managerial positions. During his service, Mr. Elkabetz was exposed to the dramatic impact of weather on operations and lives, from tactical to strategic levels. Mr. Elkabetz holds a BA from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
