Per Erik Holsten, Head of Northern Europe, Energy Industries, ABB, brings more than 30 years’ experience to this executive leadership role. ABB is a digital technology leader; its Energy Industries business includes energy and water, oil and gas, specialty chemicals and primary pharmaceutical industries internationally. Mr. Holsten started his career at ABB in 1986, developing his experience as an Engineer before progressing to senior and executive management. He was previously the Managing Director for Oil, Gas, and Chemicals at ABB globally, leveraging his leadership skills and expertise in automation, engineering, and management to oversee ABB’s global operations across these industries. Mr. Holsten brings extensive experience from earlier roles, including Local Division Manager, Process Automation; Local Business Unit Manager, Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals, Norway; and Global Industry Group Manager for Oil, Gas and Chemicals. Mr. Holsten holds a degree from South Trondelag University College, Norway and an MBA from the University of East London.
