Executive Director, Project Management

Datuk Mohd Najib Mohd was appointed as the Executive Director of Project Management for Kuala Lumpur City Hall in July 2018. He is an expert in quantity surveying, project management, and city planning as he has been working for Kuala Lumpur City Hall since 1982. He started off as a Quantity Surveying Officer in the Quantity Surveying Department, and, in 2001, he became the Director of that department. In 2011, he was appointed Deputy Director General of Project Management and in January 2015 he was appointed Executive Director of Management. In August 2015, he was appointed Executive Director of Planning, which supervises and governs the urban and smart planning of Kuala Lumpur City. He holds a degree in quantity surveying from the University of Technology, Malaysia, and an MBA in project management from University of Dundee, United Kingdom.
