Jonathon Kaufman, Head of the Global Infrastructure, Utility and Renewables Group, Credit Suisse, is in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division, based in New York. He joined Credit Suisse in 2014 from Deutsche Bank, where he had covered the Power and Renewables sector since 1999. During his investment banking career, Mr. Kaufman has led many significant transactions across infrastructure, including recently advising UGI Corporation on the purchase of Columbia Midstream Group, ECP; on the sale of Wheelabrator to Macquarie Infrastructure; and GenOn Energy on its asset sales during bankruptcy. Mr. Kaufman holds a BA with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania.
