Nikki Bishop is the Head of Digitalization for Siemens Energy. In her previous role, she was Head of Global Field Service and Digital Operations for the Siemens Controls and Digitalization business segment. Prior to Siemens, Nikki held various roles with Emerson Automation Solutions, including Director of Global Turnarounds Program, Director of Offshore Oil and Gas, and Senior Applications Consultant. With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, her experience spans oil and gas, industrial energy, pharmaceuticals, power generation, pulp and paper and refining. Nikki is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the industry’s toughest energy challenges. She is passionate about organizational leadership development and is a devoted leader and mentor. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and is a licensed professional engineer. She is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and has served as a director for the Fuels and Petrochemicals Division of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). She is co-chair of the Siemens Diversity and Inclusion Council.
