Sammy is the Founder and CEO of AlphaX Decision Sciences focused on Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities, and Banking and Financial sectors. AlphaX delivers predictive and prescriptive artificial intelligence software and cloud infrastructure solutions to it Fortune 500 customers. Previously, Sammy was the Director for Baker Hughes’s Palo Alto Innovation Center. Other corporate contributions include analytics driven Word-of-Mouth marketing brands as Director at Procter & Gamble; the world’s first check imaging system at Broadway & Seymour, bought by Unisys; Chief Software Architect on world’s first AI driven Irregular Operations system for Delta Airlines, a $250M savings in first year; developing the world’s first electronic bill payment and presentation system for CheckFree (bought by FISERV for $4.4B). On the startup front, grew revenue by 7X in 2 years as COO of Accurate Electronics, a wireless electronics company. As CEO of The RBR Group, a technology development company, delivered the Smart Meter prototype for GE Energy, selling over 1 million annually since 2012. Sammy served on the Board of Advisors for Saffron Technology which was acquired by Intel. Sammy serves as a mentor at the Silicon Valley Alchemist Accelerator. He is the Chairman of the Committee on Technology and Innovation for the Bilateral US-Arab Chamber in Houston, Texas. He has been a Board Member and Chairman of Programs for OTC-d5 from 2015 through 2017. Sammy is a Charter Member with TIE Silicon Valley, and previously president of TIE Carolinas. Sammy has been published and/or presented at ASEE, ASME, IJEE, AAPG, OTC, and ADIPEC conferences , and co-authored a chapter in an academic book currently taught in USA and European universities. He served on the Board of Advisors of University of Oklahoma's School of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. Sammy earned a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an amateur race car driver, and a solo mountaineer.
