Felipe Perez, Consulting Director, Oil Markets, Midstream & Downstream, Energy, IHS Markit, has over 10 years of consulting experience in oil and gas industries especially in Latin America refining sector. His expertise includes assisting clients with operational performance improvement, market studies, and strategic initiatives. He has also been a speaker and advisor to the main congresses and conferences in the region. Prior to joining IHS Markit, he was a Senior Executive Consultant at KBC Advanced Technologies Inc., performing energy efficiency projects, on-site technical support for oil refineries, and business development in Latin America. Mr. Perez holds a BSE from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and an MSc from University of Manchester, England. He is based in Washington, DC.
