Bruce Ledesma is an experienced senior executive in the solar, software and financial services industries. He is the President of NEXTracker, which advances the power plant of the future with smart solar trackers, data-driven analytics, and production optimization software. As the #1 tracker supplier worldwide with more than 30 GW delivered or under fulfillment, NEXTracker is globally recognized for delivering intelligent and connected energy systems for hundreds of utility-scale solar projects across five continents.  Mr. Ledesma formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of Mosaic, the leading U.S. fintech platform providing residential solar financing. He also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of SunPower Corporation (Nasdaq:  SPWR), a global solar manufacturing company active in all downstream solar market segments.  Over the 15 years preceding his SunPower tenure, Mr. Ledesma held various executive positions in the solar, software and financial services sectors, and practiced as a corporate attorney for a major global law firm.  He also served as the past Chairman of Tahoe-Baikal Institute, an international environmental nonprofit organization.  Mr. Ledesma holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
