Alexander Fuglesang is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian subsea technology company FSubsea. FSubsea’s strategy is to provide the most autonomous, modular, and robust boosting systems of the global subsea process, unmanned offshore, subsea drilling, and deep-sea excavation markets. He is a fifth-generation owner-operator in FSubsea and its parent company, GR Fuglesangs & Sons, established in 1855. Mr. Fuglesang has been working with pump solutions since childhood. His career began with two years working for Kennet, a private equity fund with USD 700 million under management focused on new technologies, based in London and Silicon Valley. His education included in-depth studies in marine biology; he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors from The University of British Columbia in Canada. He is an accredited field and professional hunting guide in South Africa, a trans-Atlantic sailor, seaplane pilot, and scuba diver.
