Verdox | Electroswing Adsorption: A new, low-energy approach to carbon capture
Tuesday, March 10
02:00 pm - 02:30 pm
Verdox is developing devices for scalable, low-cost capture of CO2 with a proprietary “electroswing adsorption" technology. Invented at MIT, this technology uses a battery-like architecture and shifts in voltage, rather than temperature or pressure, to capture dilute carbon dioxide and release it in concentrated form. In early testing, this approach has shown an energy savings of 75%+ compared to incumbent technologies.
