Bias, conscious or unconscious, is a real threat to organizational growth. Whether technical or personal, bias can impede progress, collaboration and transformation—the very things an organization needs to thrive. When we open our hearts, we open new neuropathways and alter our brains, which allows for tremendous personal and professional discovery, insight, and happiness. A happy workforce is a more productive workforce. The best part of inclusion and diversity is that they cost nothing to implement, and they can both save and generate millions in extrinsic value.
