Stacey currently serves as Domain Program Lead for Microsoft’s Energy & Resources Strategic Customer Engagement organization for oil & gas technical domains. Prior to joining Microsoft, she spent 20 years as both a Subsurface (Exploration Geophysicist) and an Information Technology professional. In her prior roles she developed and implemented multiple global-scale data and information strategies, governed the management of global subsurface data management solutions portfolios, and served as Chair for Shell’s Global Technical Advisory Panel for subsurface data management strategic solutions. As CIO of Kuwait Energy Company, an independent oil and gas firm based in Salmiya, Kuwait, she was accountable for all aspects of end-to-end IT service delivery and data operations for all business and technical functions for all corporate and operational sites. She holds a Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Geophysics, as well as a Master’s degree in Computer Science and industry certifications for the ITIL Foundation (v3), TOGAF (v8), and the Innovation Value Institute (Managing IT for Business Value).
