Shashi Menon is the Vice President of Digital Technology at SLB, the world’s leading technology and services provider to the energy industry. In this role, Shashi oversees the digital technology strategy for the company and leads a global team responsible for defining, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade digital platforms for the transformation of the energy industry. Prior to his current role, he led the digital product development for SLB’s subsurface, exploration and field development products and solutions. In his 20+ years at SLB, Shashi has extensive product development experience in leveraging big data, high performance computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to accelerate the digital transformation of customer workflows. He has also been instrumental in the development of several platform-based solutions and business models for SLB.
