Laurène Hummer is Vice President of Carbon Solutions at Verdox, Inc. In this role, she leads business development and commercialization strategy for Verdox’s electrochemical carbon capture technology, suited to dilute CO2 emissions and air. Laurene loves doing work that matters and applying a technical eye to business challenges. Prior to joining the climate tech industry, she brought software and services solutions to market as Program Director of Product Management at IBM.  She started her career as a process design engineer in the energy industry. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Laurene lives near Boston, MA with her family.
