Vice President, Strategy & Policy
Julien Perez is the Vice President, Strategy & Policy of OGCI. He is responsible for coordinating actions and commitments, developing external policy views, managing relations with institutions and external stakeholders, and providing strategic direction to drive future development of the organisation. Previously, Julien was head of Climate & Energy Services at Ernst & Young where he assisted private and public players in setting up and implementing low-carbon strategies. Julien also worked at Total where he coordinated climate change actions and at Aecom managing environmental liabilities for various industries. Julien holds an Environmental Engineering degree from Agro ParisTech, an Energy and Climate Economics degree from Dauphine and an advanced degree in climate change management from Yale.
