Japun Ahluwalia is a Downstream Transformations Lead at Accenture. Japun has 15 years of strategy and consulting experience in the oil and gas industry. She has led and delivered several large refining and petrochemicals transformations across digital, operating models and most recently in the energy transition. Japun has worked with the largest companies globally including Shell, ExxonMobil, bp, Petronas, Reliance, Chevron etc.​ She has a strong understanding of the refining and chemicals markets and specializes in application of digital, operating model and cost transformations to help companies become future ready. Japun holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University​.
