James Henderson is a 5th generation farmer and rancher from the San Luis Valley, Colorado. The ranch, founded in 1882, is primarily in the cow/ calf, or beginning part of the beef supply chain; they also grow high quality grains and hay crops for use in the dairy industry.  James is passionate about agriculture advocacy, promoting pro-farmer public policy through his position as Vice President of Colorado Farm Bureau.  He is married and has 5 children.
