Frank Larsen

Research & Analysis Director

Mr. Larsen is a Director for Research & Analysis, Upstream Cost & Technology (C&T). He was part of IHS Markit which merged with S&P Global in 2021. Frank manages C&T's resources in Oslo. C&T delivers research for more than 40 segments within the upstream O&G and renewable business. It also provides Supplier/Contractor Profiles for ~100 companies. ​

Mr. Larsen worked 12 years for Aker Solutions' subsea division prior to joining IHS Markit / S&P Global, where he held various positions. He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Italy and engineering degrees within oil and gas from Oslo's College of Engineering in Norway and University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK.
