Mr. Backen boasts an impressive entrepreneurial background. Shortly after graduating from university in 1992, he established a computer games company that swiftly expanded and went public on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Subsequently, he ventured into the financial technology sector, founding a company that was later acquired by MasterCard, and in 2015, he leveraged his extensive experience to co-found Oliasoft.
